I understand that my place is not guaranteed, until I have been notified, and that the full amount on the final booking process has been paid.

I understand that due to the nature of the Eden Project, flowers and plants of any kind, live, dried or fresh are not permitted to be used for any purposes on my stall.

I understand that if my application is successful, I am required to hold adequate Public Liability Insurance and if I am selling food, have a Level 2 Food Safety and Hygiene Certificate (proof of this will be required prior to the Fair)

By taking a stall, I agree to donating 10% of my total revenue taken from the fair, all goods sold and orders taken at the fair, and on any subsequent orders due to the fair.

I consent to having this website store my submitted information so that the Christmas Fair Committee can respond to my enquiry. (Please see the Privacy Policy)

I understand that all stall holders are asked to make a donation to the Tombola.

I will reduce my plastic packaging and use eco friendly packaging.
