Q. Apart from buying tickets how can I get involved with the fair?

This year we will have our Rodda’s Pre-loved Christmas Jumper stall.
Donated from across the Duchy. Refresh your Christmas wardrobe and buy your festive pre-loved jumper here. Jumper donations welcome at the fair so dig yours out and bring them along.
The Great Coodes Christmas Cake Stand
We are seeking donations of Christmas cakes for our wonderful cake stand.
Christmas puddings, cupcakes, cookies, and other baked goods are all welcome - for more information please get in touch with committee members Jeni or Kitty:
Q. Are we able to bring dogs to the Christmas Fair?
Dogs are permitted on the outdoor paths at Eden and in the Visitor Centre however are not allowed in the children’s play areas, the biomes or other undercover areas which includes the location of the Fair. The Eden Project’s full policy on dogs can be found here: Eden Project dog policy
Q. How do I book a stall at the fair?
Applications for 2025 have now closed - please check back early next year for 2026
Q. I cannot locate my ticket- who should I speak to?
Q. Are tickets refundable?
As this event is for charity the tickets are non-refundable however if you find you are no longer able to attend you are welcome to pass your ticket onto family or friends.
Q. Can I bring my child/baby to the fair?
Children under 5 do come to the fair for free, however we would like to stress that the event is a busy one with limited space amongst the stalls.
Q. How is accessibility for the fair?

All types of mobility vehicle are welcome and there are approximately 25 manual wheelchairs available free of charge to borrow on a first come first served basis. You are also able to book self-propelled wheelchairs and electric scooters.
Accessible facilities are open in the Visitor Centre, the Core building, and the top floor and ground floor of the Link building (in between the Biomes).
A Changing Places toilet is also available in the Visitor Centre. The Changing Places accessible toilet in the Visitor Centre includes a height adjustable changing bench, a hoist system, shower and space for one person with a disability and up to two personal assistants.
Q. Are Carers required to purchase a ticket?
Whilst Eden offer free entry for carers or personal assistants, this event includes a meal and therefore we politely request that carers also purchase a ticket.
