begins with the farmer. Follow this with fine and considered hand roasting at the Lars & Margo roastery; with light to medium profiles, thus extracting the true qualities of each bean, the result is the makings of a beautiful coffee.

Green beans are selected not only for origin, flavour, acidity and body but also fairtrade, innovation and progression. Gender equality, health and social wellbeing within communities whilst also actively protecting and nurturing landscape and environment are also essential factors.
Their journey is one of excitement and new introductions. Lars & Margo regularly support charities at home and abroad and are
pleased to be able to give a percentage of their takings over the next two days to the Cornwall Community Foundation, enabling many projects to be given the opportunity to see their dreams and needs financially supported.

We are an Artisan Bakery who make everything from scratch in our unit in Padstow, Cornwall. Starting in 2020, we took a risk with our love for pastries and started our own shop in the little town of ST Columb Major. Now two years on we have a large number of wholesale customers and an additional shop. Something that we are super proud of.

Wild Cornwall is luxury food brand specialising in unusual, ambient goods ranging from sauces and condiments to pickles and preserves.

Inspired by nature and the seasons, all Wild Cornwall creations feature foraged, wild or heritage superstar ingredients and showcase the small scale produce of our sustainable Roseland farm.

We have developed quite the knack for creating delicious condiments from quality ingredients. When you are committed to only putting good stuff in, then only good stuff can come out!

I am lucky enough to work with three incredible beekeepers in Hawke's Bay, NZ, bringing their wonderful manuka honey to the UK. Cornish Sea Salt flakes and crystals - hand harvested from the Lizard peninsula. a large selection of flavoured pinch salts are available as well. Ceramic salt pigs and pinch pots hand made in Cornwall are also on the stand.

Celebrating all those sweet and delicious moments of our Cornish life with great chocolate! A range of delicious chocolates with a contemporary twist on time-honoured classics which make perfect gift items.

I make Cornish clotted cream fudge in different flavours, using locally sourced Cornish clotted cream and ingredients. All the fudge is made by hand and using locally sourced ingredients where possible. The packaging and stickers are compostable and plastic free.

Deep in the heart of the Cornish countryside, we've been making the most of our orchards for over 30 years. Whether it's getting to the core of great flavour or thinking outside the box, we know what it takes to make apples special!

The distillery is famed for taking an old family 'Bath tub' gin recipe first conceived in 1929 and turning it into an exquisite London Dry gin. The distillery now produces a wider range of cask spirits and an aperitif to sit alongside its award winning gin portfolio.
